when they say not all heroes wear capes, it really is true!! somehow we locked the keys inside the house along with the spare 🙂 as you can imagine NOT ideal when we have dinner cooking in the oven but thankfully this company were able to get out in 35 minutes and we were in the house with no damage or mess made! Had someone out last night due to my lock getting jammed, he did a great job although he did arrive 5-10 minutes after the original time we had arranged, he explained step by step what he was doing and how to avoid this happening again.

We were burgled at the last night, to say it makes you mad is understatement, new door and locks and all new window locks fitted by these guys has given me peace of mind but still very annoyed, great work though, Alan
